My All Time Favorite Resource

If you've googled digital photography the odds are pretty good you're already familiar with Scott Kelby.  If you aren't you will be.  When I was first trying to educate myself about DSLR I was lucky enough to stumble upon "DTown TV".  It's an online video series hosted by Scott Kelby and Matt Kloskowski.  The original show which ran from February thru November of 2009 was focused mainly on Nikon shooters.  Since that time, the show has been revised to focus on photography and not brand.  Regardless of what brand you shoot, if you haven't seen the original episodes go back and watch them from the very beginning.  They are a WEALTH of information for any level of experience.
In addition to DTown, these guys both have their own daily blogs (of which I'm an avid follower - check the above links).  Scott is also a SERIOUSLY accomplished author.  If you haven't seen him in the photography section of your book store, you need to change book stores.  Glance at my Amazon Recommendations for titles I've read and highly recommend.
You will never stop learning as a photographer and having resources like DTown, Scott and Matt in your corner are priceless.
That's all for this week's tips.  Next week we'll begin to discuss composition.
Until next time, keep click'n.
