Downtown

In the list of famous skylines - Manhattan, New York City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Sydney, Wausau.... "Did he say Wausau?".  Well, alright.  Maybe there would be a few more names in front of Wausau in the ranking, but for those of us who live and work here it has its own charm.  For example, "rush hour traffic" is when there are two or three cars in front of you at the stop light instead of just one.  Visiting the "wild side" of town is a trip down the River Walk where you might encounter a white-tailed deer or see an osprey snagging a fish from the river.

So while it may be a stretch to call that one "bump" on the horizon a "skyline", we call it home just the same.
