Scott Kelby's "The Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3 Book for Digital Photographers (Voices That Matter)"

If you're new to Adobe Lightroom or maybe just upgraded to Lightroom 3, you just might want to check out this book.  I own Scott's book on Lightroom 2 and just ordered this updated version too (and btw, I saved another $10 by using my NAPP membership discount :-)
The new tools for lens and noise distortion are phenomenal, the web publishing services for managing your online images is awesome, and these are the "extras".  Just wait until you learn to adjust exposure compensation, use spot removal, sharpen detail, adjust mid tones, catalog and organize, etc, etc... the list is endless.  I've said it before and I'll say it again.  As a manager of a software development team, this is one of the most well written, user friendly applications I've ever laid my hands on.  Yes, there is a lot to it, but with this book you and Lightroom 3 will be old friends in no time.
