A Week of Autumn

Autumn is my favorite time of year.  Living in Central Wisconsin, however, it seems like sometimes the entire “season” lasts only a few weeks.  In fact, as I write this post nearly all of the vibrant leaves have fallen and I’m watching snow flurries out my window . 

To celebrate the season and try to stretch it out just a little longer, I’m dedicating the entire week of blog posts to autumn photos I’ve rediscovered in my Lightroom catalog.  I’d also like to invite you to share links to your own favorite fall images using the comment section below.

To start things off, here are few images I took back in October of 2010.  This rustic barn in Door County intrigued me enough that I revisited the site several times during my stay.  The shot below from an early, foggy fall morning proved to be my favorite.
