Title This...

When we were kids, my brother, sister and I had our fair share of pets.  Dogs, cats, rabbits, turtles, hamsters, and yes, even a lizard.  The lizard belonged to my younger brother and his name was Clyde (the lizard, not my brother).  Clyde brought us all great childhood joy with his crazy antics - playing fetch, rolling over, speaking on command??? No, not really.  Clyde's portfolio was limited to scurrying across the floor, trying to extract his spiny self from the opening in the electric base board heaters or occasionally trying to get him to open his jaws to release our little sister's finger... actually, that part was pretty entertaining now that I think about it :P.

Anyway, like we all eventually do, Clyde came to the clearing at the end of the path.  He was given the proper burial in the back yard of our family home and we all grieved for the loss of Clyde.

Unbeknownst to us, "Clyde Lives"!  During one of our outings on our recent Idaho trip, I was able to snap this image of Clyde enjoying a sun bath on a nice boulder along the Snake River near Celebration Park.  Evidently Wisconsin wasn't his thing.

Have a similar story about a childhood pet or an alternate title for Clyde's portrait?  Use the comments section below.  We'd love to hear from you.
