Autumn in the Door
Last week my wife and I were fortunate enough to spend some time relaxing in Door County. The fall colors were just on the downward slope from peak, but still beautiful to enjoy. Travelling around the country side I came across this old barn in the Newport State Park area and thought it made a great focal point for a nice autumn picture as the setting sun gave it a radiant golden glow.
The following morning I found myself in the same area and stopped to take another shot of the barn, but with the sun cresting from behind and surrounded by a heavy fog. Look closely and you can see a little bird enjoying the morning atop the very peak of the silo.
